Use YGM Collections for All Transactions: We do not support transactions made outside of the YGM Collections platform. Due to the rise of counterfeit coins in the market, we highly recommend conducting all purchases through our platform to ensure authenticity and buyer protection. By doing so, you’re covered under our Buyer Protection program, and we have your back.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are here to help. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Our Buyer Protection ensures that disputes are handled fairly, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Refunds for Coins and Collectibles with Fluctuating Values
For numismatic coins and collectibles whose value fluctuates based on market conditions, the refund amount will be based on the purchase price, not the current market value. This ensures that you are reimbursed for the amount you originally paid, regardless of market fluctuations.

What if the item I received is an empty parcel, damaged, or different from the one listed?
If you receive an empty parcel, a damaged item, or an item that is different from the one listed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. You will need to provide video or photographic evidence of the issue.
